Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another client.

• Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
• Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged in full.
• Consultation deposits are redeemable against treatment but non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.

Pre-Care Guidelines

To get the best results from your advanced blemish removal treatment, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

• Avoid sun exposure, sunbeds and self-tan for 2 weeks prior.
• Do not use retinols, acids or exfoliating actives for 5–7 days before treatment.
• Arrive with clean skin, free of make-up where possible.
• Let us know of any changes to your medical history or medication.

Post-Care Guidelines

Caring for your skin after treatment is essential for optimal healing and results:

• Keep the area clean and dry; avoid touching or picking treated blemishes.
• Avoid heat, saunas, steam and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
• Apply any recommended aftercare product as directed.
• Protect the area with a high-factor SPF daily.
• Allow any scabs to heal and shed naturally — do not remove them.

Pre & Post-Care: RF Microneedling

Before your treatment

• Avoid sun exposure and active ingredients for 1 week prior.
• Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before.
• Discontinue blood-thinning supplements if advised by your GP.

After your treatment

• Redness and warmth (like mild sunburn) are normal for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid make-up for 24 hours and use only recommended products.
• No heat, exercise or swimming for 48 hours.
• Apply SPF 50 daily and avoid direct sun for 2 weeks.

All advanced cosmetic procedures are carried out following a thorough consultation and, where required, a patch test. By booking, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant medical information honestly.
• You understand results can vary between individuals.
• You consent to the agreed treatment plan and associated aftercare.
• Some lesions may require GP or dermatologist clearance before treatment.
